At Denionex S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Denionex"), with registered office at Av. Santa Fe 2847, Floor 14, C1425BGK, Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when using our services: full name, email address, and the content of messages you send us through the contact form. We also automatically collect browsing data, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and visit duration. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies, always respecting your preference settings.

2. Purpose of data processing

We use your personal data to respond to your inquiries and information requests, improve the functionality and browsing experience on our platform, send communications related to our services when you have given your consent, comply with current legal and regulatory obligations in the Argentine Republic, and prepare anonymous and aggregated internal platform usage statistics.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on your free, express, and informed consent when using our services and completing our forms, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and Disposition No. 11/2006 of the National Directorate of Personal Data Protection. In certain cases, processing may be based on compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interest, provided that your fundamental rights do not prevail.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless applicable legislation requires or permits a longer retention period. Contact data is retained for a maximum period of two (2) years from the last interaction. Browsing data is retained for a period of twelve (12) months.

5. Data sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We may share information with technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, always under confidentiality agreements and solely for the purposes described. We may also disclose data when required by competent judicial or administrative authorities, in accordance with Argentine law.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include data encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and continuous monitoring of our systems. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and delete your personal data at any time, in accordance with Law No. 25,326. We will resolve your request within the ten (10) business days established by current regulations. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory body responsible for handling complaints and claims.

8. International transfers

Some of our technology providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In these cases, we ensure that data transfers are made to countries with adequate levels of protection or under contractual clauses that ensure the safeguarding of your rights, in accordance with AAIP guidelines.

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this same page with an indication of the date of the last update. We recommend that you periodically review this policy to stay informed about how we protect your data.
